For technical support, email contact@uapi.nl. Include the full JSON envelope, request.id, endpoint, exact UTC timestamps, and a minimal reproducible example (URL, headers, body, runtime, SDK or HTTP client versions). This is the fastest path to a precise fix.

Abuse and rights reports

Report suspected misuse, infringement, or unlawful access to contact@uapi.nl. Describe the material or target, the rights or rules involved, and how we can reach you. We may request your legal basis, suspend affected activity while investigating, and maintain that suspension or terminate for cause if issues are not resolved. We will not share your identity with complainants unless required by law, authorized by you, or reasonably necessary to resolve the matter.

Security

Report vulnerabilities privately to contact@uapi.nl with clear steps and impact. Do not disclose publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to remediate. Good-faith reports following these rules will not face legal action from us.

Notices

Send formal notices to the addresses in your account and to contact@uapi.nl. Notices are deemed received on the business day sent before 17:00 Amsterdam time, or the next business day otherwise. Service and incident updates may also appear in the dashboard or on the status page.

United States terms

Where US law applies and to the extent permitted, you waive jury trial and class, collective, or representative actions in disputes with us. Copyright complaints may be sent to contact@uapi.nl; we handle takedowns in line with 17 U.S.C. §512 while reserving all defenses. You must comply with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and applicable state laws. If any waiver is unenforceable in a jurisdiction, it is applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining terms stay in force.

Appeals and compliance

If you believe we acted in error, email contact@uapi.nl with your account ID, the action taken, and supporting details. Appeals do not pause enforcement, but we may reinstate access with additional controls. If you are unsure whether a use case is allowed, ask us at contact@uapi.nl before proceeding.
